Boots built for you
In 1950 a russet work boot — style 854 — took the Irish SetterE name from the color of the leather. The last proved itself on job sites and in the field, and the line grew from that pair. Irish SetterE still cuts purpose-built work and hunt footwear from a Red Wing, Minnesota shop, drawing on more than a century of work-boot making and more than sixty years of outdoor lasts.
Traditions run deep
From the original “Red Mike” mascot to the setter that marked a fiftieth year, the brand has kept a simple brief: a boot that earns the next season. Work styles carry safety toes, waterproof membranes, and insulation for the shift. Hunt styles stay quiet and dry in cover. Casual leather carries the same tannery habits into town.
